      I throw my back out all the time and those little electrodes work, but getting them placed just right can be tricky. This piece rocks! It's a lot of long stickiness to handle at once, but once you put it on-Wow! I will be buying this item constantly to have it on hand!
      I have suffered from low back distress and have used a tens unit for many years. This electrode is the best I have ever used. The placement is so much easier than using the smaller double style.
      My lower pay for pain is severe, and I use my TENS unit often. The little square or circle pads newly don't stick cause my waist band rubs against them. These long strips do the trick and stay put. And the larger area across my back help also. Best electrodes I've found in four years. Love them.
