For me, It actually works
For over the past 2 years I enjoy had a lifestyle change of the food I eat and exercise everyday at least 2 hrs per time.

seemed to work for a little while, like a month or so and then lost its effect, im pretty desperate about it.
No more coffee and losing weight!
I tried the Mega T green tea with Hoodia, but it was too strong for me, at roughly speaking 2 weeks I got upper stomach pain (liver?) and it wouldn't go away, even with food.
