This is a high feature brand of Magnolia Bark. I have been taking Magnolia Bark for about 8 months now. It is the one and only thing that has ever REALLY worked for my anxiety and depression, and I have tried many prescription drugs for this next to little luck. Mag. bark has been used for thousands of years in Chinese prescription for anxiety and depression. It is also a strong antioxidant. This particular dosage also helps me sleep better. For this price, you can't go wrong!
If you are having trouble sleeping, consequently this herb is for you! I have always had trouble sleeping. This is the only item I have taken that has settled my nerves and helped me sleep. I won't be without it in a minute that I have discovered it!

It did nothing for me. Makes me wonder if there are any live ingredients in the capsule.
