      I love this comb! I of late found out about how damaging plastic combs are. The wear tear, frizz, slipt ends etc. Horn combs are said to be very loyal to restore and distribute natural oils and let me say its adjectives true! When I ran my condition through my hair in the shower the comb distributed the condition better than plastic combs! Especially when I got out the shower and nouns dry . Out of curiosity I took a small section of my Afro-textured hair to see the difference and My God! I hardley needed detangler! OMG!!!!! I mean I could have hit the bathroom floor! I be amazed! I didn't have to use so much product.I used the comb on my mothers and she wants me to place an order for her own! She enjoyed the consistency of the comb on her scalp. She keep saying "whoa this comb feels so good!" In insert, the comb is beautiful! Its a cross between brown and pearl I guess. Anyway I'm glab I finally got my hands on this comb! The only entry is I was expecting for gaps of the teeth to be wider however it was a great buy.
      This is a really nice comb and like the other reviewer, I would have loved it if the teeth be more widely space but upon using in on my natural strands and my daughter's relaxed strands, I found that it is gentle and has not cause any unnecessary breakage. I'm sure it will be a big asset for me as my natural hair continues to longer because it's essential to the health of Afro-textured hair that while detangling it, it's not undermined by a comb that would cause breakage and too that it distributes the natural oils to the ends of the hair something a plastic comb cannot accomplish.
