This hair dryer is not as powerful as I expected it to be, even on the highest setting. The attachment helps to direct the air flow, lacking that I would be pretty frustrated.
This hairdryer was fine while it lasted, which was almost 3 months. It started smelling as if it was burning when used. Then it stopped working completely. It was never dropped or damaged, and was single used by one person, drying their hair once a day. I emailed Amazon to find out how to get a replacement, and they never responded. I finally call Amazon, and they informed me that after 30 days one has to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer's written materials say you have to ship it pay for to them, and pay them $8 for return shipping. They then will repair it. Thanks, but for all the hassle of packaging, shipping, and paying for postage rear and forth, only to get a "repair," it's just not worth it. I don't expect a hairdryer that cost almost $70 to fall apart next to minimal use after three months.
My hairdresser has one of these. I snuck a peak at the brand, and decided to get one from Amazon. I save about $50 over the salon price.

More importantly, to me, if you're going to spend $70 on a hairdryer, it better do something special! I love this dryer. It has a unique way that the upper air flows out, and it does not appear to make my hair frizzy.

It has an extra-long cord, as it is usually used in salon. So it gives you a lot of room to work. It has different heat settings, and logically, different speeds as well.

I was tired of buying and throwing away $25 dryers. I believe I have bought quality here, and am confident this dryer will be working for various years to come.
